Michael Murray is a bilingual English/french, Emmy and Murrow Award-winning producer and content expert with over 20 years of experience in ai, digital and traditional media, production, management, distribution, and marketing for top national and international outlets.

MURRAY is currently a content engineer for meta. in that role he works across product, policy and engineering teams to guide global content strategy for instagram, facebook, Messenger and threads. He Develops and implement AI-enhanced content discovery strategies, identifying high-value content and attributes to improve engagement and personalization. he also Leads AI prompt engineering and iteration to launch products for the entire Meta family of apps. He recently Led an AI-powered feature implementation with a cross‑functional team of engineers, UX designers and product managers that drove 200K+ new daily active users, achieved the highest click‑through rate of any Messenger feature and delivered a 54% weekly retention rate—the platform’s best-performing feature.

Murray's production credits include Good Morning America, World News Tonight, ESPN and ABC affiliates across the country, as well as international partners NHK, Fuji, Al Jazeera, and BBC News. He has covered every type of story, from science to entertainment, politics and breaking news.

During his tenure at ABC News, Murray led the network affiliate and client coverage for the Western U.S. and Asia under the "NewsOne" affiliate division. He increased the content produced by this division several-fold and launched many initiatives. This included combining radio, digital and affiliate interview and coverage opportunities that created new content and revenue streams.
